1. Monthly Subscriptions

Refunds are not provided for monthly subscription payments once a billing cycle has started. Please cancel before your renewal date to avoid future charges.

2. Annual Subscriptions

You may request a partial refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, minus the value of the time used.

3. Onboarding & Setup Fees

One-time setup fees and onboarding services are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Policy

To cancel your subscription, you must submit a written request via email to [[email protected]] at least 3 days before your next billing cycle.
